1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ThryvX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Description

ThryvX connects students with startups through verified experienceship opportunities. Students gain real-world experience while startups access talented individuals for project work.

3. User Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be currently enrolled as a student or represent a legitimate startup

4. User Responsibilities

For Students:

  • Complete assigned tasks with professional quality and timeliness
  • Communicate effectively with startup partners
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Provide honest feedback and portfolio updates

For Startups:

  • Provide clear project requirements and expectations
  • Offer meaningful work that contributes to student learning
  • Provide timely feedback and guidance
  • Respect student schedules and academic commitments

5. Intellectual Property

Work created during experienships belongs to the startup unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Students retain rights to include completed work in their portfolios for educational and career purposes.

The ThryvX platform, including all software, designs, and content, remains the intellectual property of ThryvX.

6. Payment and Credits

During our launch phase, all core platform features are free for both students and startups. Future pricing models will be communicated with advance notice to all users.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Platform Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Disrupt or interfere with platform security or functionality

9. Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. ThryvX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

ThryvX provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from platform use, including but not limited to project outcomes, data loss, or business interruption.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications at least 30 days in advance.
